Dr Vassilios Binas was selected as coordinator in Global Materials Network of Young Researchers (http://www.globalmaterialsnetwork.org/index.php/organization).

The Global Materials Network (GMN) of Young Researchers has been launched in 2012 by the IUMRS to provide a platform for young researchers from around the world to communicate and collaborate in  materials research. This interactive and dynamic network will operate both in cyber and real space to accelerate the pace of finding effective global solutions for the future.
